Up for sale is a genuine Harley-Davidson cruise control kit, part number 77209-99, in new-old-stock condition. This is the complete retrofit kit to add factory cruise control to a 1997 FLHR Road King, and it includes the hard-to-find Electro-Motor Cruise Control servo module #70989-98 along with the model-specific wiring harness, throttle/control cables, stepper cable, hardware prepack, and the original instruction sheet.

This is the discontinued Evo-era kit, and complete examples are increasingly difficult to find — the correct harness and cables are the parts that are nearly impossible to source separately, which is what makes a complete kit valuable.

Fitment Kit 77209-99 is for the 1997 FLHR Road King. The same instruction sheet covers the companion kits for other 1994–1999 Road Kings (77173-99 / 77175-99 / 77208-99 / 77210-99 / 77211-99 — 1994–1999 FLHR/FLHRI/FLHRCI). The servo module itself (#70989-98) was used across 1996–2003 Touring models, so it also works as a replacement module for those bikes.
