Up for sale is a genuine factory Harley-Davidson Sportster gas tank, New Old Stock, part number 61097-80FE. Finished in factory root-beer brown metallic with the Motor Harley-Davidson Bar & Shield tank emblem, still in the factory shrink-wrap.

Never installed, factory painted — not a repaint. Correct AMF-era Sportster tin in original factory finish is getting hard to find; repros don't carry the OEM stampings or fit like factory.

Condition: NOS, factory paint, in original wrap. Honest disclosure — inspect the filler neck and all photos; sold as a decades-old new-old-stock part.
